[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took this picture in my home. I had a very messy background to get rid of. So I decided to have my wife to hold a black piece of fabric hanging behind the flower.
I used a flash connected to the camera with an extension cord so that I could move the flash very close to the flower, with a wide white diffuser attached to it to ensure a soft and well spread light.
The difficulty was to maximise the depth of field as this flower was not flat. I had to close the aperture to f42.

Hi Francois, I like the backgroung, nutral and contrasting. I love the delicate flower, good focus throughout. My only suggestion is to include the left hand tip of the flower, cheers, karey
