[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
One of those Saturdays to experiment with a self-portrait. I set the camera on tripod in front of my office desk. Took the quartz desk lamp, and turned it towards me, and manually triggered the camera with a remote wire connected to the camera. There was some light coming from the window on my right (left of photo).

ISO 800. Opened in Canon's DPP to adjust color balance, keeping it warm. Transfered to Photoshop, and used the "Draganizer" effect to bring out the pores, the wrinkles, and the whiskers, with a few adjustments along the action. Cropped, and saved.

Nice one Richard
Great self-portrait
The detail is truly amazing I can practically count the hair on your face, the lighting and sharpness is fantastic.
Bravo
Very well done

I think one more thing you could do to this is tunr it into a gritty black and white photo.

Richard.
Beautifull colours. Sharp. Ik like this.

Hello Richard,
nice and well done portrait, you seem ready for the movies !
I just don't like the reflections on the sunglasses (you desk)
mainly on the right where objects are very clear, it is probably worth to remove/mask them with Photoshop.

Regards,
Alberto.

You're one cool dude, Richard.
I am dissapointed because there is nothing to be picky about. Just solid, impressive, pro work.
Two thumbs up.
George

Beautiful, Richard. I like the PP work you did to emphasize wrinkles, pores and the 5 o'clock shadow... looks more natural to me than the glamour oversoftening that is seen much on TL. A gem ;o).

So here you are..'Encantado' as the Spanish say.
Good camera work and usefull note! 'Harvey Keitel' look alike ! Big compliment ..good weekend TFS
