Club Bataram - Saint-Simeon 10:25hrs

Martine's uncle and his wife are working here as warden's from Spring to late fall. So it is their daily working environment.(^_^)

We are at Club Bataram: With a little more than thirty lakes, divided in three sectors , the Club offers a wide range of activities to fishermen and hunters, and all nature lovers.

The club is also open in winter with the addition of new four seasons chalets.

This one was taken at the Lac au Plongeon. We can not see their chalet here but it is at my right on the lake shore. But you can view it here on Trek Earth.

Map of the Club here or visit the Club website for more information here .

Hello and good day Robert!! Fantastic nice view of a beautiful landscape. Great reflex in vater and lovely colour and sharpnes. Good one Robert!

Hi Robert, postcard perfect shot :)
Nicely framed by the tree. Good colours. No critique in sight. Yours, Jan

Hi Robert,
What a beautiful scenery. Your POV with the natural frame of the tree is excellent. The reflection in the lake is just magic.

A peaceful, wonderful panorama in such nice colours. Framing is excellent, however you could have a tiny lower POV to cut the tree from the background, but as said..... very peaceful, great shot, Robert ! !

Salut Robert,
J'adore cette composition automnale avec l'arbre de gauche qui cadre naturellement le lac et les superbes couleurs de ce début d'automne. Très bien réussi.
Je vous souhaite un excellent wekend à toi et Martine.

Nice point of view and color. I'm not quite sure about including the house on the right. Well seen. B

Picture perfect...is all i can say. That reflection in the calm water...wow! this one's for the postcard. Simply beautiful.

Il semble avoir un beau fond sabloneux ce lac au plongeon. Mais on oserais a peine y plonger, de peur de briser la réflection de ce miroir! Superbe! Belle journée de fin de saison chaude, on y voit les premières couleurs d'automne!

beautiful colors and details Robert :)
the water looks so calm and mirror like
excellent work

Hi Rob,

Magnificent, fantastic, breath-taking...!!! I could go on with expressions and adjectives that would describe my feelings looking at this masterpiece, but I don't have much space here... :))
You outdid yourself here, my friend!!!

Wow Robert this is so pretty, excellent composition, I love how you have placed the tree in the shot to partly frame the photo, the light on the tree trunk is nice, and the log in the water makes it interesting as well as the lovely reflections.... well done.. what a great place to work..
Thanks for sharing.
Kia Ora Dawn.

It seems everything is perfect here. Scenery, colors, your poetic composition. Ohh! I see myself already there sitting under the tree, watching the natural beauty...
Thanks Robert, lovely shot.

More of this please Robert. Magnificent scenery, grand colours and an excellent POV. One day I will catch a tour bus up into our highlands, not far from home but I want to enjoy the scenery not drive. Magic photo, TFS.
PS Many thanks for your comment on House on the Hill

Hi Robert,
Very good lake to live. Light and composition are ok, but the house break a little harmony. If considered with the cut branch, it seems there is a risk to degrade the landscape.
Good photo in any case: you have not cut the tree neither build the house.

Hi Robert,

Beautiful capture here, excellent composition and details in your relaxing shot. Very nice!

Very lush, very pretty scene. Beautifully composed, this photo creates a really restful atmosphere.

WOW, WOW and let me once more: W-O-W!!!

What a stunning view!

B R A V O!!!

Ditto on all the good things in this photo. For me the shadow of the tree causes a nice dark area on the foreground to not distract from the main scenery... Absolutely well done

Hello Robert,

I think movies scene, a beautiful place
charming landscape, that she could pass
hours oh and nor to see the time pass.
Beautiful color, beautiful presentation!

I like the colors and the reflection here.
The tree used as a natural border is very fine. The blue gradient of the sky gives it a very real feel. I think it could stood as a fine picture without the house on the right. I like it very much though.
Looks like a postcard!
Good work.

this is a fantastic landscape.
So natural with vivid colors.
Framing excellent.
Good work!TFS
