[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I'm not a real birder but sometime I like taking pictures of aquatic birds for their expressions. I can watch the birds for one or two hours and take only couple of shots. This one seem to be surprising by a part of his body. I took the picture near sunset after a thunder/rain storm without flash. Have a nice day to all and thanks for your comments or critiques. JYB

Bonjour Jean-Yves,
À première vue je croyais qu'il s'agissait d'un autre canard faisant un piqué à coté de celui-ci!
La pose est gracieuse et l'oeil expressif! Quelle patience d'attendre qu'une scène comme celle-ci se présente!
La lumière est particulièrement intéressante ici, habillant de beaux reflets orangers ce magnifique spécimen.
