I like the immense mood you have captured in this historical-cum-seaside landscape shot, Catherine!
The pillar standing tall against the blue sea and open sky, add great charm and dynamism into the shot. The sharpness and POV are well done, keeping the subject well centered and the boulders lying in the FG also contribute to the beauty of the shot. Well seen and nicely captured!

Hi my dear Catherine,
we had holidays at the same time. At the 9th of April you were in Pergamon, I were in Bangkok ;-)
Your shot is wonderful, I love the view, seeing these impressive old monuments and the valley behind. Also pretty warm light. Thanks, you bring back nice memories in me to this place with that shot.

Your photograph relays the immense interest that this site excited in you.
It is really well composed, following the rule of thirds, with lots of f/g interest from the fallen masonery, leading towards the upright columns of the temple. Your F stop was a good choice, keeping details sharp from front to back.

An imposing site well composed and captured.
I like the low POV with the fallen masonary in the foreground.
A very nice shot.

very lovely landscape. i like the way ypu include the foreground of small flowers and rocks. it gives a good abandoned view of this historical place.
Well composed in good sharpness and clarity of the stonework.
The soft sky is also pleasant to look at.
