Nice rich colour Lili - the silhouettes stand out clearly. Usually a 50/50 split with the horizon doesn't work well but with the sea and sky the same colour it's not a problem here at all.

this is a marvelous sunset shot and right now I would give anything in the world to be on such place with someone special. Truly wonderful shot and place.

Sunset is always an attractive subject to capture with the camera and this one is a little masterpiece regarding composition and colours. Beautiful warm colours and good clarity make a very appealing image.

Hi Lili,

I would love to walk the beach with a sunset like this. The red sky usually gives rise to good weather, or so the sailors say. The silhouettes of the people fishing are striking against the sky and its reflection in the waters below. Very nicely done and your choice of frame is excellent.

are you sure this was Turkey? Could be a tropical island as well. I never use polarizer filters in low light - thought they would not show any effect and just steal the light. What purpose did you use the filter for?

I like the colours, the framing, the subject of course.

Maybe a little oversharpened? There's "ghosting" along the black silhouette of the rocks - a slight white line.

The shapes of the fishermen are superbly captured.
