Certainly an eyecatching structure, and you did well to place the horizon so low in the frame, making the most of that sky.

There is a sense that the horizon is tilted, although I can see that if you rotated the shot to the right to correct the horizon, the tower would lean too far ...!

Good 2nd post showing landscape of modern architecture with a moody sky color tone. I think you can include a bit more of land to about 1/3 space and correct the slight tilt to make your shot more attractive, especially the tower tilt.

Your filesize of 66kb is small and it results in loss of detail and sharpness. You can try 300kb.

I post a workshop here for you to show an alternative way of presenting your photo on TL. Hope that it give you some idea of adjustment on your computer before posting. I hope you like it and find it helpful.
