|One of tens of murals painted on a long wall along Rafiq al-Hariri street named after the former assassinated prime minister , mr Hariri was born here in Sidon ( Saida in arabic ). |
I was impressed by the colorful murals while visiting this port city of 170,000 inhabitants , 40 so kms south of Beirut .
Intentionally left some blue sky in the compo i think Lebanon ought to look forward to an as bright promising future as this radiant blue , i hope ...
Please have a look in the WS at a collage i made of four others all powerful and evocative of what life in Lebanon means to its citizens , the intention and significance of what future could be/become transpire through those murals.
Minimal post processing here , a little contrast and saturation added , sharpened .
Thanks for peeking in ,
