|The women of Lefkara have been known since the middle ages for their skill in lace work. Today we still find women sitting in the shade of a narrow village street making lace in the manner that they were taught by there mothers and grandmothers.|

this picture reminds me of my mother, making your
crochet our lace towels on your chair on the balcony.
I loved the double portrait of the grandmothers.
