[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
here is the second one of the series ...

the shot was taken in Cyprus while visiting a very good friend of mine. She had just moved in her new flat and this is a macro of a trendy item she had put in the kitchen ...

now that I gave you some hints, I let you guess what's that...

no Salil ... it's not jam ...
waiting for your second guess ;o)

ps: as to PP, I only played a bit around with curves and boosted a bit the blue, then framed and added a title …

well I think it's more than time to reveal the secret. this strange object is in fact a water gel !
you put this strange innovative gel in a vase and you add some water, then the gel gets coloured and starts turning again to transparent as the flours absorb the water …
when I shoot it, the vase was already half empty ;o)

Hi Ilianna
How beautiful it is! I must tell this is one of the best photos which I have already seen on treklens. You did the best. I read your note about it and I found it perfect. I give it useful mark.
Good luck

Love the transition between the cold and warm colours. Would make an excellent poster in her kitchen near the photographed object!

Nice abstract picture. Good work
