An area of beauty, a place found on the very edge of Dartmoor. I love the way the sunlight races across the fields, highlighting each one as it runs and runs.

Indeed Rolling beauty by Steve's posters as always distinguish details and patterns and also lovely green and lights well done STEVE FRY

Hi Steve,
Sure is some post card scenes in the UK.A well cropped and framed post card one this!!

And a beautiful rolling hills even with dark clouds and awesome lighting. So green! Been living in the desert for too long. Well done, tfs.

Hello Steve, a beautiful postcard which shows off the rolling green countryside that is Devon.
The hillside to the left looks as if it is purple with heather, could that be right? Certainly we can see dots of yellow from the gorse.
Good one.
Regards Jean.

I have to agree Steve, that Devon & especially Dartmoor are both place of Natural beauty, which you have captured with this scene. I know your preference is to have images that are a tad darker than norm, but I thought this scene could be a touch lighter to enhance the feeling of the sunlight highlighting the fields, perhaps showing off the purple of the background hills & the small patches of yellow gorse. I also thought in this instance, that a metering of the sky, then metering the landscape & merging both would have improved the details in the slightly OE sky? That said its still a beautiful valley landscape.

Hi Steve, looks like a good place to lose yourself on a long weekend..I like the pov with the building hiding in the trees in the hollow. Fiona

Ola Steve
a good composition and great textures..but what I lie more is the nuance of colors. so rich

Hi Steve, Nice hills intersecting each other. I could imagine how beautiful while the sunlight races across the fields. Gorgeous colours with great angles. I like the dark purplish colour and it
mixed so well with the colours of the green hills. Thank very much
