|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|My grand-daughter, Isabella Hope, born 5th October 2011. My dughter took her for a photo-shoot and she cried all the way through. When she popped into the house on the way home, with light fading, Isabella was laid on a cushion with a white rug and she was content - I whipped out the camera and monopod to help steady the camera and then fired a dozen or so shots before we lost the light.|
Taken in the conservatory, the autumn lighting was diffused by the white blinds and semi-opaque roof.
My daughter likes it, I hope you do too.

Very well done, Dai. The light is perfectly diffused to eliminate any harsh shadows and you were so lucky to have this child in a good mood for a few moments.
It's a great capture and I imagine you could have saved your daughter a little money!
Nice compo and framing - her name is beautiful, too. It must be nice to have grandchildren. I have but one great niece whom I think I can depend upon for several years of free modeling service, but no grandkids I can call my own.
Have a wonderful weekend,

What is good bout diffused conservatory light is that it is diffused, hence no harsh shadows... Isabella is lucky that grandpa will be taking lots of photos of her.
Pov & focus are good, so are the soft colors. Well done

Nice soft lighting on this baby girl, Isabella.
A cute grand daughter! Nice tender skin tones and perfect details in the clothing of the child. A happy-go-lucky smile on her face.

A good high key toned shot of the baby & both the horizontal position & soft pink colors suit the subject. Good sharpness & framing. Tfs!
Baby shots are quite a challenge and whilst it would have been good to have the baby looking at you you have created a good photograph. Nice job
