[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Cows can have some amazing expressions, this one has his eyes covered with the long hair but the stare added much to the opportune meeting we had as it stood its ground with little moving except the odd chew.

Hi Steve,
A very sharp capture of this bull. Quite an expression one has to understand when facing such a creature.
Very good lighting and an interesting frontal POV.
Well done,

Francis Xavier

Hello Steve, a beautiful sharply focused picture of the Highland bull.The colours are natural, and he seems almost 3 dimensional.
I like the presentation.
Have a good weekend, hope that you are not getting flooded?
Regards Jean.

salut steve,
elle est vachement belle

Hi Steve, What a lovely portrait of this hairy cow. You got lucky that his eyes are hided by the hair otherwise...... the horns are pretty harmful. I like the deep green colour of the pasture and it gives a strong contrast to the cow. Great lights and colours. Wonderful composition. Thank for sharing and Happy New Year

Boa tarde Steve,
There is no better definition for "expression" than this...
It was not even necessary that the eyes appear ;o}
Great entry for this week theme.

Good saturation, pov and dof make this a very appealing shot Steve. A perfect portrait.
