Critiques [Translate]

The curve of the railing makes for a nice overall composition. The old sea wall is contrasted by the modern flats on the left, I am sure they have a beautiful outlook.

An interesting style of PP, not sure what you've done, but it looks pretty good! HDR somewhere there at a guess? The railing is an effective lead in.

A well thought out composition making maximum use of the railing taking us right round the scene.

I find the added blur layer is a mistake. It doesn't add a soft feel, but makes the photo blurry and uncomfortable to the eye. You succeeded spoiling the picture.
