Changing of the Guard in Gibraltar

The Strait of Gibraltar is located at the Southern tip of Spain and is the Southernmost point of Europe . The Rock of Gibraltar has been known as one of the Pillars of Hercules over-crossing the gateway in the Mediterranean. Gibraltar is divided from Spain by a Land Frontier located to the North, beyond its only airport. Gibraltar is a British territory and local born residents have British Nationality.

The Changing of the Guard – Several times daily on Gibraltar at the Convent - residence of the governor, and formerly a 16th-century Franciscan Monastic house.

Hi Tsilla.

Impressive use of portrait style frame here, the details to their uniforms is clearly visible. The red brick adds good depth in breaking up the scene between the two guards, neat woek, well seen Tsilla. tfs

I like the mood you have caught in this shot, Tsilla!
