[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This time of year the wild flowers come into their own!A vast array of colours, sizes and shapes....'All for free!' No need to go to the nursery or the garden centre!

This is the flower of the Red Campion,I know you will say that it is pink, but the text book says red.
It is a native of central, western and northern Europe.
Besides the aesthetic value of its flowers, the crushed seeds of the red campion have also been used to cure snakebites. The nectar of the flower is utilised by bees and butterflies.

Walking the cliff side path to get a different view of Dunluce Castle, these flowers were growing close to the path.
Thanks for looking.

Love the colors of those flowers! I wish we have wild flowers like these but cacti can be beautiful, too. Good lighting and nice details. Well done, tfs.

Your vignette Jean draws the eye in so well with this little cutie.
I really like the structure of the bloom, and especially the colours.
Neat job you.

Boa tarde Jean,
Pay much attention to deepening the DOF resulting from vigneting you chose. The picture was much prettier, more dense and rich.
Good one.
