Just 'hanging around'!That's what bats do isn't it?

An amusing sculpture by the artist Michael Kusz,a sculptor based in Reeth.

This piece is named 'Lovebats', and we spotted them hanging from a tree in the grounds of Delamore House as part of their annual exhibition.

I hope that they made you smile.
Thanks for looking.

Made me smile too.

Hi Jean.
What a wonderful piece of art, the way its hung next to a piece of wood coverered in lychen gives such a rustic effect. i like the way your capture has more light at the top and reduces through to the heads or bottom of the sculptures. Thanx for showing this one Jean, so unusual and photogenic.

Yes,they made me smile Jean, you have a good eye,I wonder how many visitors to the exhibition walked by without seeing them.
Looked like it was a dull day, hope the rains stayed away. Good sharp details, in both the art work & the trees textures.

Hi Jean

I like the lemur like eyes of these cute bat sculptures. Good sharpness & excellent choice of a vertical frame. Superb sharpness, shallow dof & shadow detail with a soft diffused light. Tfs!

Ciao Jean, a very strange sculpture, fine details, excellent sharpness and splendid light, very well done, my friend, ciao Silvio

Hahahahaha :D
This is just crazy art ;)

You caught a nice shot from such an interesting POV, in fact a best one for capturing this site.
The contrast is nice and exposure is very well handled.
Well shared piece of art!

Kind regards,

HI Jean,
A rather unusual sculpture of this couple of bats hanging upside down! Nice green tones even in the reflection on the metal! A rather funny presentation but worth sharing.
Very neat work.

Boa tarde Jean,
This can also be considered a clockwork Tulip.
Funny while an excellent photo.

Indeed! Amusing and artistic sculpture. And it looks like it's the kind of tree hang around during the day. Great pov and dof with nice details. Well done, tfs.
