[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
We invited Sam to one of our studio photo shoots as a way of trying to increase her self confidence a little, and focus some positive attention on her, something that is maybe a little lacking in her life right now. At first she was pretty nervous as was expected, but, with two more extroverted models driving things along during the day she began to come out of her shell more and more, and enjoyed the day.

Taken with a shoot through white umbrella to the right on a black background. I chose to use B&W to try to bring out her fragility a little more without the distraction of colours.

Hoi Miles,
She shouldn't be shy .. she is a beauty !!
I think it is a great portrait. I wonder what the colors of her eyes is; beautiful eyes I guess.
Good composition and a good exposure.

She's beautiful - gorgeous eyes especially. Yes a pensive, slightly timid look, but that really adds to the appeal.

B&W was a good choice for this one. Nice work with the light of course, I'm not so keen on the retouching but ... all has been said before about that issue. ;)

Hi Miles..nice portrait...good job on the details and the light...nice work.
