Another view from St.Ives, this time from the edge of town and the beach, the sea will come in on my right.

The wall with the arches is actually the harbour wall, and helps to protect the town from the strong surges of the sea when the tide does come in.
A quiet day, no bright sunshine, cool as can be seen by the people on the sand, wearing their coats whilst making sand castles.

Thanks for looking.
Best wishes to you all for 2014.

Hi Jean,
A good capture of the tide. Boats resting on the beach.
I like the POV with the harbor wall at the BG. Nice houses enhancing this landscape shot.
Best wishes.

Boa tarde Jean,
These boats overturned and superimposed resemble shells and conches, things of the sea.
One of the best pieces you've produced.

Hi Jean
A well balanced and well composed shot.
One for the album I think.

Classical tones portaryed with this one Jean.
I like the up turned boat and the missing ocean...where did it go.

All the best for the new year, keep 'um comin'

Hi Jean, they really look a little lost sitting way up there and upside down to boot..I wonder how often those buildings on the left get a little bit wet with extra high tides? Fiona
