This hilltop castle was built in the 13th century on the site of a Roman fort.Visitors can walk round the walls, and the views are far reaching across the Andalusian countryside.

Thanks for looking.

Boa tarde Jean,
See Spain is always a feast.
Very good also sees it through your sensitivity and your camera. Good shot.

Great pov of this well maintained castle, it does look like it has a great view of the valley which I think is essential if they wish to survive a siege. Good lighting and nice details. Well done, tfs.

Nice pov shows castle off to good advantage. The shot shows that access would have been far from easy. TFS

Hello Jean,
Very good DOF with the wise angle at f4. Good composition and perspective too. A lovely profile of this fabulous fortress. Well done.

Hello Jean, your well chosen view point helps to give the castle a really dramatic appearance, the details are nicely sharp and clear in good exposure settings.
Regards Les.

Hi Jean,
As one looks skyward one cant but notice the strong shapes and lines of this monumental castle. The small white delicate flowers in the foreground add a unique visual impact and emphasize the harsh planes and solidarity of the castle.
