Staying in the Andalusian town of Antequera, we walked up to the Moorish border fortress built in the 13th century.[Shots of that another day!]The castle is behind me.
This was the view across the valley towards a mountain that is known locally as 'The Indian'.
Thanks for looking.

Hi Jean,
A beauty. Not only the view but also your photo. Have you considered cropping a litte from the top? The dark cloud claims some attention as it contrasts with the rest. It will also move the horizon away from the center.
Still, a great photo.
TFS,
Niek

Olá Jean,
It is not you who should thank our visit, but I'll thank you to contemplate opotunidade of a photo so well done, harmonic in every way, with exceptional POV/DOF.
Fine presentation.
R.

From what I can see this looks like a beautiful city with great and old style architecture and wonderful landscape. Good lighting considering the dark clouds in the sky. The vertical format worked well with the composition.Good dof with nice details. Well done, tfs.

Hi Jean,Your POV,makes for an interesting & colourful composition, great details of the architecture & of the background landscape. The mountain is aptly named,it does indeed look similar to a plains Indian,it definately has the strong features of one.I'm unsure about the inclusion of the dark cloud upper left. As I move the cursor up & down I think it should be there, but perhaps only about half of its present size.

Ron

Hello, Jean,
what a pleasure to see your photos again. This is wonderful. I LOVE the depth and the patches of sunlight in the distance. Lovely soft color, well composed (I like the vertical format). What a beautiful view... Many thanks and kindest wishes,
Shelly

Hi Jean

Nice to see you posting again. Antequerra is an interesting place. I have only visited once but would like to go there again. There is a national park with unusual rock formations nearby. This is a lovely shot of the town. The vertical format makes the background mountain seem very imposing. Good dof and sharpness and an interesting sky all add up to a well balanced composition.
