Please understand I'm not an expert on photography, especially portraits. Also these are my opinions only and are meant to be constructive and not malicious.
I think the light is a little flat giving little definition to his face. Also you used a focal length of 26mm which has made his arm look too big and would also slightly distort his face. I believe a focal length of about 50mm is best. Also there are no catch lights in his eyes which make them look a little lifeless.
I hope you don't mind but I've done a workshop just to see if I could improve the photo somewhat.
