|My next posts will be of Coimbra, the city of the students known for their singing groups called "tunas", a tradition in which students play mostly chord instruments, especially the "cavaquinho" (similar to the ukelele).
On this image we have the Coimbra bridge where, until a few decades back, there was a traffic warden standing on a round stand in the middle of the intersection right at the end of the bridge. It no longer exists. What a pity, it was the trade mark of the city!|
