Hi Gil...great shot...wonderful tones and colors give a great mood.


I really like the evocative nature of the image and the creative processing.But the horizon is not level which always is a distraction. Also - and this may be a personal thing - I find that a label in the picture itself detracts from the artistic/creative aspect of the image.

Nice shot. I like the blue tones and the shining moon.

Hello Gil,

This shot reminds me of moody night poems that I read long ago. It certainly has lots of mood.
The composition is lovely with good use of thirds and, although the ship is quite central, it is off-set by the moon and the silhouetted land.
I would be interested to know what pp you used.
I think it would give more contrast to the sea if you smoothed the noise out of the sky with the blur tool and, of course, the horizon needs a little levelling.
