Near the village of Goedereede on the former island of Goeree-Overflakkee I saw this potato field.
The farmer has nicely milled this field; in the ridges grow during the summer may be 60,000 kg. potatoes per ha.
There was a beautiful cloudy sky above, so I screwed my polarizing filter before the lens.
Have a nice weekend and greetings from Netherland,

I like this shot with all the converging lines taking the eye to the line of trees and the sky beyond. The dof used has given good sharpness throughout and the sky has enough interest without overpowering the dynamic foreground. I think this would be an interesting shot in b/w.

I'm impressed with the clarity of the details captured within your image Adri. The potatoe ridges look 3 dimensional & I like how you have aligned them in your composition, they take ones eye into, around & back again to the foreground. I find the leafless trees surrounding the fields keep the eye from leaving the frame.Great sky to.Well Taken IMHO.

Impressive furrows on show, i like the bare line of trees against the active sky. tfs
This is a very nicely composed photo! The line are great and sharp, and the clouds stand out wonderfully. The color in the sky is as real as it gets, great shot!

Prachtige plaat, Adri.
Mooie lijnen, die een mooie spanning aan de foto geven.Het oog wordt echt naar de horizon geleid.
