light: same as the post from yesterday
CS3: layered blur, mask for keeping sharp detail, converted to b&w with the great new tool in photoshop cs3, lightend the skin tone and keeping the eyes dark, sharpend and simple framing.

The interesting portrait, uncanny eyes are imparting glitter, I like colours, cool HIGHKEY
nice composition. I like this very clos portrait.
the b&w PP is maybe a bit rough, but the look of the model too, so it's ok.

I'm not a fan of blur/PP techniques, but I understand why you would do it, it does give the impression of smooth skin (kinda like magazine ads.)
Nice high-key portrait, I think her eye (on the left) is a little close to the edge of the frame, as is her eyebrow - composition could thus be better.
Overall though a very striking shot
