At the harbour of St. Julian.

The original photo was filled with so many colours and was a little bit too noisy, so I decided to discard colours except teddy bears.
Here's info about what I did with photoshop (might not be exact);
-crop
-create 3 layers
-bottom layer: level & hue/sat
-middle layer: desaturate & curve
-top layer: desaturate & blur
-merge top & middle layers and erase teddies
-flatten
-increase canvas size
-frame (used photofiltre)

That's a sad pic, very moody. Everything seems in it's right place.
I really like the desaturation mask, and the framing.
Very nice job.

love the mood in the composition here yukiko
excellent PP to enhance the feeling
good job

Hello Yukiko.
You made a great work with PP in this picture.
I love the moody and dreamy atmosphere. Wonderful partial desaturation with excellent light. Good choice about the frame.
Really well done.
Regards, FRANCESCO

Hi,
I must admit I really really like your series with the teddy bears:) It's a great idea, and you've done it really well!!!
Great pics!
Congrats!

Cheers,
Nune

Another great shot in the traveling bear series. They look lonely in this one -- maybe because of the B&W background. Wonderful shot. TFS.

I've seen others photos with these two bears you bring with you around the world: ver good idea, and they seem easily likeable! Seriously, that is a very
original concept!
