[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This white swan is seen immersing its head in water, maybe to refresh or to capture its prey! Anyhow a nice action shot which I considered interesting the way the water splashed with a good directional lighting.

PP work: burnt some parts of the bird and balanced gamma brightness. Framed and re-sized (Photoscape)

Hello Francis Xavier,
Long neck of swan has double advantage, first it provide him all around better visibility and second, he can bring his food from under water without being divived. And I think this is what he's doing right now. Beautiful picture in fine details and excellent luminosity. Well done my friend, thanks for sharing.
Regards,
Inaam

Really good action shot Francis! Your timing was really good as you caught the little wave over the swans head as it dove under. Everything is nice and sharp, good detail in the swan's body and the surrounding water. The frame is a nice touch too.

Awesome capture and timing! Love to catch those birds doing something. Great pov and dof with wonderful lighting. Well done, tfs.

Hello Francis Xavier

You have made a picture rich in detail.
Wonderful light and clarity on the costume pearly white feathers.
Incomparable black ink color of the water.
Superb movement of the splash pearl, which accentuates the beauty of this composition.
Congratulations on this well-groomed.

Kind regards.

Yolande

Hi Francis, great catch with the swirl of water over the swans head. Just enough light so you can see through the water. Fiona

Hi Francis,
Wonderful timing of this swan as it immerses to feed. All details were left in tact. Nicely done. I love the clarity and coloring in this. TFS Julie
