Shooting into the sun has caused the foreground to be under exposed, but maybe that's what you wanted.
I would say use rule of thirds for your subject. All in all it is dark and hard to see and would have benefited from hdr or flash.
I think the flower is too centrally placed and lack of detail has lost impact, the back lighting on the leaves however is noticed.
