hi Gundega I like this scene, I think you were right to choose B/W, to show contrast between shoes and socks :)
but If you complete your note will be beter, for exemple wich kind of dance ?!!

Elegant and well proportioned. I presume its out-of-cam shot, but maybe you should have darkened or cloned out the bottom drape in the background, as it intrudes in the general tempo.

Different indeed but such a good idea! The suspended ballerines, very well seen and done. The B&W and grain of the pic' adds a lot to the mood.
