Railway system#1 - Lights
|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|During a travel by train last week i decided to begin a serie of posts about the railway system, one of the most fascinating world for me (even because it is my job indeed..). I'll try to enhance some special characteristic of this "strange2 world, hoping I'll be able and u'll like it.|
This is the first one, here I wanted to enhance the strange lights which you can find along tracks, of course the background has a central role...
let me know what do you think about my way to see this "old old friend of us" which is the TRAIN.

hi Marco, Interesting effect here.. mainly black and white photo with the warmth of the yellow lights on the tracks..and the red one in the signal on top left. Great shot

I like a lot railways and here apreciate the choise of b&w for mood and overall the small coloured "eyes" that looks like railways elfs!
Well captured Marco, maybe was better a little more of light on the built too see more details, but the graphical effect of the wires on this gray sky is very interesting.
A presto Marco, spero di esserci la prossima volta, abbracci
a great shop full of lines... I like the little lights.
Good choice of b&w
i think this was worth missing 2 trains for.. wonderful moody image with lots of excellent industrial details.. and as edie says those little railway elf eyes are perfect :-) i personally also really like the dark moody tones here.. very effective for the subject.. mmm should we take some snaps at termini for this theme when i arrive? ma sei forse abbastanza stufo di termimi... ihih
bravo Marco ed abbracci forti,
p.s. quando a foligno sei andato a quel bar alla stazione? ho scoperto gente' simpatica li' sulla via a roma per capoddanno :-)
