Gonepteryx rhamni

Linnaeus 1758

Nome Volgare: Cedronella

Famiglia: Pieridae

Sottofamiglia: Coliadinae

Lunghezza ala anteriore mm. 27 - 33

Piante nutrici: Rhamnus catharticus, Rhamnus alaternus, Frangola alnus

Your specialty, Silvio. Amazing sharpness and splendid light.

Regards

Hi Silvio, Very interesting POV which I could not tell the 2 large leaves along both sides of the insect are the wings of the insect or the leaves just happen to be there. If they are the leaves then it is a beautiful illusion to me. Perfect focus with razor sharpness along with natural light. Thank for sharing
