Hi Silvio.

Tone mapping in HDR treatment thows up all sorts of different looks ans effects, I have only seen a few but have witnessed this type. Many of the the lines are defined, and colours become washed, i like it though as its just out of the norm, It creates a more gritty look to the textures. The misty tops to the mountains will always add appeal.

Greetings Silvio,

I find it interesting to view the different results of HDR usage, some I like, others can be too overpowering for my personal taste,it does not mean they are not good, just means I don't find the overpowerful ones to my liking.Your interpretation, is again different my friend,to my eye, you have made this charming moutain village, appear as though from a storybook, very good PP work,I like how you have used the foreground home as a seperation to the road into the hills or the road to the village, with both roads leading our eyes into the hills covered in clouds.TFS

Bonjour Silvio
Surreal landscape,great details,beautiful colors,powerful sky.
very beautiful..TFS

ola silvio

Hi Silvio,
A stunning way to treat such a landscape with this HDR. A dramatic sky and over such a detailed small village in the mountain.
I like the lead-in composition.
Well done,

Francis Xavier

Awesome HDR work, making this beautiful scene like painting than a photograph. Love the colors and saturation. Very well done, tfs.

Hello Silvio, WOW! is my reaction on opening up the thumbnail.Just love the treatment, such beautiful colours and textures.
It is like a painting, well done.
The composition works really well, with the bend in the road taking the eye right around the scene.
Tfs, regards Jean.

Hi,this looks more like a painting than a photo but very effective as a dynamic presentation.I think HDR makes everything more spectacular at the expense of quiet charm. But there is certainly a place for it.Best wishes,Otto.

Hi Silvio,
Fantastic almost painting like image. The buildings seem to fit inside the mountains and it is rather eye catching, great job MF.

Hi Silvio,
A great location for a super photo. I like the POV that makes the village seems tiny compared to the nature.

I am not a grate fan of tone mapping as I think it makes the photos rather unreal.

Hi Siulvio,

The distance between the village and the mountains is giving depth to the composition. The point of view is showing the details and colors of the mountains. The good luminosity is enhancing the colors. Have a nice day.
