Hello Tom,
I do like this "gritty" black & white with strong contrasts. It really suits the subject matter, underlining the (divine) light falling in from "Heaven" (good upward gradient form dark to bright tones). The grainy aspect gives your photo a vintage look (is this good old film or did you use a digital camera?).
Classic compo and framing for a church interior, but they work well.
