An artist finishing his work with two admirers, especially the boy interesting himself in the frescos.
In Florence, Italy this scene is very common.

He works in colour and you show it in B&W, and what a good choice. Why is it that B&W works so well in many instances? Is it because it leaves the door open for interpretation or is it because the human mind prefers to think in monochrome? I don't know but what I do know is that this is a very pleasant scene to observe. Well done my friend Francis.

Hi Francis,
A well presented street scene, I like the interest shown by the passer by. A good monochromatic choice.

Hi Francis
A pleasant daily life (I know you have categorised it as action) image. The people have good poses, although it would have been better if the artist's face was visible. I like the choice of black and white and you have captured plenty of detail. I particularly like the artist's sinewy arms.

I really like this one Francis. A good candid B&W. Sharp with lots of detail.

Good street photography ;-)

Hi Francis,
I really like this photo. Full of daily life details. Nice expressions captured. Really well seen and composed. Excellent choice for B&W !! Julie

Great street shot. I personally would've physically gotten a little lower to see more of the artist's face, but very good capture nonetheless!

Hello Francis, it is the interaction between the three people in the shot that is the most interesting feature of your picture. That is why, in my opinion it is so good in black and white.
A lovely documentary scene.
Tfs, regards Jean.
