September up on the hills near Pavia is a feast for one's eye.
The view is full of carefully lined up vignards covered with red and white grapes that will become excellent slighly fizzy wine (typical of this area) and dotted with yellow ox-eyed flowers that grow spontaneously in abundance. The green hills are splashed with the bright yellow colours of these cheerful flowers, forerunners of the autumn season. |
