[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
We are in the hill top town of Ravello.
'Villa Rufolo', originally built for the Rufolo family, is a mixture of 13th-and 14th- century constructions. It was re-modelled in the 19th century by a Scottish enthusiast, who preserved the Arabic elements. It is famed for the courtyard with double arches and even more for the tropical gardens.
Here you can see the double arches as they match so well and give us a view through to one of the gardens.

Thank you for looking.

Olá Jean,
The embossed frame (extremely well done) plays an important role in this picture.
It is the gateway to a magical scene of great beauty, warmth and color.

Hi Jean,
Very nice view through the archway, good DoF and exposure - as usual the colours are so natural
Cheers
Jack

Jean

You have very good taste and you often chosen a very interesting pov.
Good dof. I like to guess a beautiful garden looking through the arches.
Very nice work.

Hi Jean

A nice idea photographing the gardens through the arches. Personally, I have a couple of things I'm not so keen on. The wall on the left, I think this could have been left out of the image as I don't think it adds anyhing. To me, the main subject is the gardens through the arches. Maybe you could have zoomed in a little more to capure more of them. Just a thought. Still a good result though.
