Different angle from the casino, shot beside one of the four lions on each corner of the building, looking towards the wicklow mountains, when it was built in 1770 the sea came in to nearly 1/4 mile away,so unperturbed views of the sea and mountains could have been seen.

Nice panoramic Jimmy - I like the set up in this photo. Nice idea to burn the sky in a little too...

Good job with this one.

David

Hi Jimmy,

This lion has a good viewpoint from which to look out from the sky is great but the trees and bushes are a bit dark. Great pov nice sharp details and nice dof well done.

Jon

Hi Jimmy,
I'm happy to see this scene with the lion, te lush green colour of the grass look great under the partly cloudy sky. Excellent composition, sharpness and contrast, the panoramic crops works quite well here. TFS!

A+

Simply beautiful! Wonderful colours, light and composition.
Best wishes,
Achim

Hi James

Like your composition here showing only a small part of the statue, looks like the lion is surveying their estate.
The tight crop suits the image.
Nice one.
