[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This was taken at Thingvellir, the site of the ancient Icelandic parliament, the oldest in the world. This view is across river Sogid towards lake Thingvallavatn. Iceland is beautiful and rugged, but to be honest I found it hard to capture any good scenic shots of the landscape. This was my best effort. |

Hi Julian,
Yes, Iceland is gorgeous, but difinitely not easy to photograph. :) You made a great effoert though, you managed to tkae a nicely dramatic capture of the moors at Thingvellir, the church ad the houses look nice in the background. Beautiful rugged landscape indeed. Well done, TFS!
