A little Corfiot Visitor
|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|Another picture from our lovely (though too short) holiday last week in Corfu.|
I was wandering aimlessly around the villa with my camera in the glorious sunshine, snapping away at everything in sight and decided to try some close-ups of this bougainvillea at the side of the house. When up popped this little fellow. One quick shot and then he was off like lightning.
Shot in RAW and converted and edited in PSE6. Not much done other than crop, resize, sharpen and frame.

This is a fine portrait of lizard,
A cool attitude and superb details,
the expression, colours is well captured...
Tight framing works well as it makes the viewer focus on those amazing eyes!
What I like more in this photo is the gracious pose of the lizard.
You shot in the right time to have a splendid composition.
However, due at the strong light and the short time you had, you could have added more shadows with a slight adjustment of curves.

A nice macro shot of this reptile wandering on these pink flowers adorned with glorious light.
A very sharp detailed presentation with good management in exposure.
A nice crop and an elegant margin to compliment.
My best regards,
