One of your better shots in my opinion, but it is only my opinion. I do have a couple of comments though. Did you use a tripod, because the shutter speed was very slow and I think I see some camera movement.
I think its imperative to use a tripod in a case like this. Personally I would have used a very narrow aperture (f/22 maybe) which would have given, not only a very wide depth of field, but may have produced star-lights from some of the larger lights. this of course would have slowed the shutter speed even more, as would using a lower ISO.
Attractive subject and pleasant lights. As I said, one of your better shots.

Is that camera shake I see? A good image and colour, but the blur stops it from being a really good image worthy of a frame and placement on a wall.
