[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This shot was taken after a heavy storm had crossed the country. My flatmate and I were out to take photos of the flooded fields when we had to stop under some trees to get the cameras started. That was when I took this shot. For me it looks like being taken right out of horror film or something like that.

The original shot nearly looks like this one, except of some trees in the background where a small glimpse of colour was visible. So in pp I turned the saturation down at 50% to get rid of the brownish tones. After that I added a slight sepia tone to the image (around 10%) and added borders. I then denoised the image and resized it. Before uploading I sharpened it once.

I hope you like this shot. Thanks for having a look. Kind regards, Britta

very nice congratulations!!!

Great atmosphere in this image indeed Britta!
I love the silhouettes against the dark sky...
And I'm also a B/W fan, so... this is just another great picture!

Hi Britta,
Beautiful these outlines of trees are. The good the tone of photo. I congratulate.

Really excellent silhouette work here Britta.
Fantastic sharpness and contrast. Great drama inthe sky.
Well done.

Hallot Britta,
Klasse gemacht.

A very good dramatic picture Britta, you controlled the light and contrast good.
