Mother and daughter ???

|I saw so many dragonflies on TE and TL that I was wondering if I could find some place and try to take few pictures.|
And last week, I found such a place along the Ardèche river. I guess I spent about one hour and a half trying to find the appropriate technic to get as close as possible to this little shy dragonflies.
It was really difficult in fact and my digicam didn't allow me to see properly if the DOF was ok or not. I had to freeze the DOF and the focus manually so as to be able to shoot at the very moment I had the perfect focus. Quite difficult but the rotative screen helped me a little.
Coming back home, I discovered that the large head of a dragonfly (looks like the two eyes are significantly separated from one to another) was difficult to catch with the right focus. My DOF was too short but the sky was quite cloudy and I the light available was not as important as I could have wished.
Any idea what the little insect below can be ? A little spider ? A baby dragonfly ?
