Sometimes you need to try and see the world through rose-coloured glasses, to keep your optimism even if life is getting you down. Hoping for the best, pretending that you can already see the light at the end of the tunnel even though the night couldn't be darker around you .. You tweak reality until you are where you want to be, without losing touch with it of course.

I'm not a big fan of "Happiness is an attitude" and slogans like that but sometimes you do have to "Fake it till you make it", as a friend recently said.

So this picture is to cheer you up, to give you some hope and a pair of rose-coloured glasses to put on when the world doesn't look rosy at all :-)

---

This picture was taken in Strasbourg, at an optician's store. As it was night and hardly anything of the surroundings was visible, I imagined what you could see through pink glasses and how - so I coloured a piece of sky from a different picture pink and pasted it in here.

Hi soya

chouette photo pleine d'originalité elle mais de baume au coeur après des journées aussi froides

Hello Soya.

I sincerely hope I won't be too rude : do we really need to see the world through "rose-colored" glasses ? Personnaly, I don't think so. Even difficult events, afterward, may lead us to unexpected joy; at least to some useful learning. I would add that, sometimes, events happens just because we didn't listen to our internal voice. Even in that case, is it so horrible ? Ok, events are not always what we expect but are those expected things really fit the goals we try to reach ?

This being said, as far as I could see from your preceeding postings, this picture is not representative to your talent.

Cheer up !
Regards, Pascal-Eric.

Hi Soya_de
A fairly good photo as far as PP is concerened. The various shades of red along with yellow colour makes it slightly less appealing .

Have a Nice Day :)
