Quelques reflets sur un sol mouillé et un jeu avec la symétrie, la lumière et les contrastes...
Some reflections on a wet ground and a play with symmetry, light and contrasts… |

Hello Marine
This is a very eye-catching image of the reflections on wet ground.
Well seen and captured, and I like how you have post processed it.
Thank you
Janice
Bonjour Martine
Très original cette composition et très colorée également. J'ai dû regarder deux fois avant de comprendre le manège. Très bon travail de post-taitement.
Bravo
Serge

Marine,
I started playing with some mirror images of American rock forms a while back and one thing I noticed - which perhaps your image also demonstrates in a slightly different way, was thatthe resulting forms were often surprisingly similar to certain symetrical "god" forms or "animal" forms found in native american art. This led me to a casual conclusion that native american artists - "witch doctors" and the like, probably smoked their way some hallucegenic or another, went "cross eyes" and drew what they saw on the canyon walls.
Most probably, the same effect can still be achieved in 2008, on a wet evening in the Cote dAzur simply by drinking 14 pints of lager and crashing out on the wet pavement!
Regards
Colin
