[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Good evening all! Here's my second upload to the Moonlight. I wanted to give these "Moonlight" shots a mysterious and surreal feel, and what better way to do it than inserting a waaayy too big moon in the sky. =) This number two picture of the series consists of three different objects (all by me);

1. The photo with the trees, horizon, and ice. Photo taken on a foggy day, but toned it down and added a blue tint. It may appear that the horizon is slighty off, but that's just because the part of the forest on the left side of the two trees are closer to the camera than the forest on the right.
2. The moon photo.
3. The starfield is created from scratch in Photoshop.

Comments and critiques are welcomed.

Jolie montage. Pour moi il ne manque plus qu'un loup hurlant Ó la mort dressÚ sur ses deux pattes avant Ó gauche des arbres et tableau est complet.
Bon travail Paavo

Hello Paavo,

Another stunning composition!I think I like the balance of the composition of this one better. It has a nice flow to it from the top left to the lower right. Excellent work!

I have no words to describe, it's just beautiful. great artwork!

Once again perfect, I Think we can take moon, Put in a pocket and hide it for ever, And for ever moon is mine!
Very well done!

Outstanding shot. A real eye catcher. The blue mood...the implied diagonal line between the moon and trees. Excellent job Paavo.

Hey Paavo,

Fabulous work, I would hang this on my wall. You can add to the realism of this big moon by adding a very subtle outer glow via photoshop blend layer. This is really a great study in blue.

I made a big moon pic once too, but your moon looks much better:

Any moment now, that kid on a flying bike will appear, with ET in the basket up front.
No comment on your pic. Everyone else will have said why it's so good.
You know what would happen if the moon got that close?

Another great one. It remain me a little the style of D&D Adventures. I can imagine a scene like that! A world of mystery!

Great shot.

Hi Paavo,
Very nice assembly here !
The dominant blue composant give unreal but amazing atmosphere...
very good shot of the moon ful with details.
Thank for sharing

Indeed surreal; to my taste a bit too much. The scene is artificial, not like a possible world. Your PP-talent is quite impressive.

This one is so perfect too. Actually i like this one more. Because it fits to my taste with more plain composition. 2 trees are companying to each other and stand there like human and watching the big moon :)

wow .... stunning ...
lovely composition
very well done Paavo

OOOOhhh, what an incredible photograph. Gorgeous. Thanks for sharing. I appreciate your comments on how to attain the starfield,

Very petic creation. Well done Paavo !

This mood is very well done. The effects are neat!

You know what? This an almost perfect photo. "Almost" because of one litle detail: the moon. The moon is too big for me. I admit that the composition is still all right, but I would do the moon smaller.

Great jo anyway!:)
