Excellent work with great composition and nice result
Again I like the POv looking up the hill to the house. Not sure about the hard vignette. Good sharp image.
THE powerful element in your picture is the heap of birch trunks placed in the center of your composition. They not only guide our eyes, but also lead us to what I suppose to be the quintessence of this area: the forests and the forestry activities that go along with it. As such, you created a very strong end-of-winter-mood, enhanced by the rather gloomy colors (processed in LightRoom?).
But like Jimmy, I think the vignetting effect is over the top and really distracts us from what the photo is all about. Really, your picture is strong enough on its own!
Just my personal view, of course. Feel free to (dis)agree ;o)
