Charles Bridge is on the top of every Prague visitor's must-see list. It is also popular with Czech artists, musicians and souvenir vendors whose stands line both sides of the bridge year-round. A great time of day to come to the bridge is at sunset when one can enjoy a breathtaking view of the fully lit Prague Castle against the evening sky. The bridge is now a pedestrian zone (although both tram and car traffic were allowed there in the past) and is almost constantly filled with people. If you want to have it all to yourself, go there at night or very early in the morning.

What a striking photograph - the star of this shot is most certainly the beautiful woman having her portrait done, and the way the light falls on her is excellent.
Great detail and depth to the photo. A few messy elements - such as the child half-hidden behind the artist (difficult to do anything about) and the woman at the top, half-visible behind the artist's display (you could clone her out.)
But a striking photo, well done.

Hi Stefan,
Great capture of this interesting activity on the Karlův most (I've one of these artist in my old 'anolog' portfolio :)
Anyway it looks almost a desaturated picture, but there are many grey tones and just a few colouir tones in this image which makes it very attractive. Weel seen and a fine presentation. TFS!

A very nice shot with good exposure. I agree with one the reviewer rewshearer, although the skin color of the woman being drawn is black it brings out the features due to proper light and exposure.

Thanks for your comments on my photo, "Scarborough Civic Center". I appreciate it.

Hi Stefan
I like this type of photos
In fact we have a multi portrait
It tells something of the maker (photopgrapher)
It tells about the artist
It tells about the one how is portrayed

Hello Stefan,
A busy street scenery is so well captured!
Lots of details are captured, yet there is no doubt what is the main subject(s)..!
Good diagonal artist to model, good choice of colour tones...
Well composed, well done!
Greetings,
Pablo -

Good subject and well seen but underexposed; I'd use a lower POV.

Hi Stephan,
What a good photo. I Like your POV giving most importance to the model and the artist. The other persons show the animation of place. Very well done! Annie

Excellent shot of the painter in action Stev. Very good POV and your lighting on the model is great. TFS. Cheers, Pat.

Model area a little to underexposed, half woman behind the painting is disturbing, total is nice, TFS
