I like the results and love the effect of the grain for it, the eyes off camera adds appeal too.

Bonjour Joop,

Yes the technique is "basic" but it does not work if you do not have the appropriate shot with the right light. It works very well here!
The PP work is interesting too, in showing how you can alterate the texture of the skin.
my only regret would go to the "appeared" triangle above the nose, as it is a bit too bright and lines are popin up too strong, but it not a big issue, of course.

The facial expression (if I may say so) is also appealing.
