Hi John,
I think we all like 'foggy' shots, unfortunately it has given the shot a gray unsharp look, I do like the FG trees which create a dark contrast to the rest of the scene

I'm afraid I have to agree with Jack, it does just look grey and flat. CAlso, I think the photo needs a focal point, somewhere for the eye torest.
